Process for applying for Financial Assistance

At Xavier, we use FACTS to process Financial Aid Applications. Please click the link below for the online portal: online.factsmgt.com/aid

Steps to start the application process

• Under New User, click on the Create an Account link**

• Enter your email address and click Next

• Click on Create a New FACTS account.

• Fill in all Contact Information requested.

• Create a username and password

**Please note that this is NOT the same account you use to enter the regular FACTS family portal. This is a separate portal only for financial aid purposes, so you must create an account.

• Once you have created your account, the application process will start, and you will be asked to select the school. For a quick search, use our zip code, 77027, to find Xavier Academy.

• After you select our school, please continue to complete the questionnaire and submit all

  required documentation.

• This application costs $40 and is paid at the time of submittal to FACTS.
