Our admissions team will be delighted to talk with you and provide you with the information you need to initiate the admissions process.

Comprehensive Interview:

After our initial conversation, we will schedule a comprehensive interview with the student and their parent(s) or guardian(s). This interview allows us to get to know your family, understand your educational goals, and discuss how Xavier Academy can support your child's growth and development. We value open and honest communication during this important conversation.

Campus Tour:

We believe that experiencing our campus firsthand is an integral part of the admissions process. We invite you to schedule a campus tour, during which you will have the opportunity to explore our facilities, interact with our dedicated faculty members, and witness the vibrant learning environment at Xavier. Our admissions team will guide you through the tour, answering any questions you may have along the way.

Shadow Day:

To provide a deeper understanding of the student experience at Xavier, we offer a shadow day opportunity. Prospective students are invited to spend a day on campus, attending classes and participating in activities alongside our current students. This immersive experience allows prospective students to engage with our community, meet potential classmates, and envision themselves as part of the Xavier family.

Completed Admissions Application:

To finalize the admissions process, families must submit a completed admissions application. The application includes necessary personal and academic information about the student. Additionally, families may include optional documents such as transcripts, letters of recommendation, or a personal statement. Our admissions team is available to assist you throughout the application process and answer any questions you may have.
